1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The item was received damaged or defective
- The item is incorrect or not as described
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Electrical components once installed
- Custom or special-order parts
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at contact@srjtechsolutionsllc.shop with your order number and issue details.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
